Approach
The Anatomy of a Strong Legacy Vision
A Legacy Vision is the bold, authentic and enduring mark an organisation leaves on the world: now, for the years to come, and for future generations. It comprises of:
"Secret Sauce" Codification
A unique perspective on the problem and a deep understanding of an organisation’s core strengths in pursuit of that problem.

Powerful Narrative
Creating a storytelling framework to mobilise internal and external resources.

Systemic Partnerships
Forming collaborations that reinforce the Legacy Vision within the wider sector.

AI, Tech & Data
Harnessing AI potential to focus time, and credibly measure Legacy impact.

Model Rebuilding
Aligning products, services, and funding models with the new Legacy Vision.

Cross-Generational Collaboration
Engaging the next generation of leaders and clients to co-create the future.

Organisational Cultural & Role Re-orientation
Building a team culture and team structure rooted in intrinsic motivation, curiosity, and mastery.

The Roadmap
A clear action plan to move from vision to implementation.

When to Engage: The Inflection Moment
I typically support leaders at critical "crossroads" caused by external or internal shifts:
Sector Changes
Navigating shifting funding, market, regulatory or AI-driven pressures.
Leadership Transitions
Managing leadership transitions or board changes.
Generational Shifts
Responding to shifting generational needs, internally and externally.
Organisational Drift
Addressing a sense of "plateauing" or lack of direction.
The Practical Stuff: How I Work
I typically support leaders at critical "crossroads" caused by external or internal shifts:
The Legacy Lab
10-12 months
A rigorous Guided Legacy Journey for established organisations using a “Swiss Army Knife” of facilitation, coaching, advisory and strategy.
Legacy Vision Sprints
3-6 months
1:1 iterative sessions for more entrepreneurial organisations, working deeply with the 2 most senior leaders.
Legacy Accelerators
1-3 Weeks
Small Peer Cohorts of Leaders learning and working together in a compressed Accelerator format, with pre- and post-work built in.
The Experience: My approach is open, honest, and non-bureaucratic. I act as a "critical friend," ensuring leaders feel emotionally supported while we get to the root cause of issues. I handle all end-to-end work personally, harnessing tech and AI where appropriate, without "nickel and diming".
