1:1 iterative sessions for more entrepreneurial organisations, working deeply with the 2 most senior leaders.

Legacy Accelerators

1-3 Weeks

Small Peer Cohorts of Leaders learning and working together in a compressed Accelerator format, with pre- and post-work built in.

The Experience: My approach is open, honest, and non-bureaucratic. I act as a "critical friend," ensuring leaders feel emotionally supported while we get to the root cause of issues. I handle all end-to-end work personally, harnessing tech and AI where appropriate, without "nickel and diming".
