Beyond the Bio
When not advising global leaders, Sharath can be found on the court as a semi-pro Pickleball player (sponsored by Gamma), exploring the world of affordable wines, or navigating life with his two teenage boys.

Why I Do This Work
After a decade in the corporate world (eBay, Booz & Co), I founded two education organisations that impacted 20 million young people globally. This provided first-hand insight into the difficulty of building legacy in the most challenging contexts.
Personal
Nationally competitive pickleball player, affordable wine lover, imperfect parent.
